Dr. Lee Wong's Breakfast Shake

1 scoop of Vanilla Cinch Shake

1 scoop of Vanilla Soy Protein

1 Scoop of Shaklee Physique

1 cup (or more - depends on your taste) frozen or fresh fruit 

11/2 cups of water (see what consistency you like - use more or less water as you like)

1 cup of ice if you use fresh fruit



Mix together into a blender and blend until smooth.  Drink up!

My opinion is - if one of Shaklee's main scientists drinks this - you know that it will be healthy for you and your family!! ; )
